  • Social Media Information: Information relating to your social media profiles, including (but not limited to) LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Platform-Specific Examples (LMS, website, mobile apps): LMS course progress, quiz scores, completion certificates, ILC session attendance, trainer feedback forms, payment transactions via payment gateway (no card data stored), Course enrollments and accreditation records

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this clause shall limit the Academy's or Synergy Global’s right(s) to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests. Users located outside the United States acknowledge that their personal data may be subject to applicable local data protection laws, which may provide rights and protections in addition to those set forth herein, and this governing law clause does not operate to waive or limit any such mandatory legal protections.
